About Programs
RISE School Programs began in 2009 as a pilot program in the Keppel Union School District. Today, RISE After School partners with 34 California school sites across 8 school districts to provide a safe environment where students receive academic support and engage in a wide variety of enrichment opportunities after school. Each of our programs is unique and is a reflection of our diverse staff and the goals of each school site.
We are proud to work with our school district partners to offer three categories of programs that are conveniently located on school campuses:
Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs (ELOP): State-funded programs which are free for families
Parent-paid programs: Licensed child care programs
After School Education and Safety (ASES) programs: State-funded programs which are free for families
